Direct ordering from our website is, at the moment, not possible. Our website was built for informing the customers about products range, new products and their supplies i.e. refills, and making the contact with our responsible personnel easier. However, through our contact numbers and email addresses on the ’’contact“ page you can make an order.
2. What is the process of ordering a product?
On our ‘’contact” page you can fill a form so you could contact us via email. In addition to that, we have more email addresses and contact numbers. After you fill in all the necessary data, our staff members will contact you in shortest notice.
3. Can I buy as a natural person?
Unfortunately, orders are at the moment reserved for legal entities only.
4. How could I know which refill is compatible with my product?
Under every product there is a PDF document with technical specifications showing the correct refill and supplies.
