It is designed for facility managers, distributors, and operators who oversee soap dispensers, paper dispensers, air care units, and presence detectors across professional environments.

How do I add a new device?
From the home screen, tap the “+” button and follow the on-screen instructions. You can scan the device QR code or enter its serial number manually. The device must be within range of a registered LoRa gateway.
My device shows as offline. What should I do?
Verify that your LoRa gateway is online and that the device is powered on and within range. Check the battery level — a critically low battery may prevent the device from communicating. If the issue persists, try restarting the gateway and contact support.
How do I configure alerts for low battery or low refill?
Open the device detail screen, go to settings, and set your preferred thresholds for battery and refill alarms. You can choose to receive notifications via push notification, email, or both.
Can I manage devices across multiple locations?
Yes. You can register multiple LoRa gateways across different locations and manage all connected devices from a single account.
How do I change the app language?
Go to your profile settings and select your preferred language. The app supports English, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Bosnian, Croatian, and Serbian.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password” and enter your registered email address. You will receive instructions to create a new password.
What devices are supported?
The app supports Smart Vision Hygiene LoRa-enabled dispensers, including foam soap, liquid soap, hand disinfection, toilet seat disinfection, hand towel, toilet paper (including autocut), air care, and presence detector models.
